EJE M13 and EJE M15 were specially developed for the internal transfer of lightweight goods. The 0.6 kW drive motor is ideal for transporting pallets and goods weighing up to 1500 kg over short distances. EJE M13 and EJE M15 are therefore perfect for use in small and medium-sized operations with occasional goods transport requirements.

The energy consumption is enormously reduced by the maintenance-free and powerful three-phase AC technology. This offers the best conditions for fast and cost-effective goods throughput.

This gives the EJE M13 and the EJE M15 their advantages, particularly in confined spaces: Maximum manoeuvrability and optimum view of the forks are guaranteed by the compact design, the low front end length (l2) of just 435 mm and the low overall height.

In addition, 2 sprung and cushioned support wheels ensure safe and stable travel. Flexible use is guaranteed by the gel battery in conjunction with a built-in charger. The battery does not need to be topped up with water.

The EJE 112i / 114i electric pedestrian pallet trucks combine the robustness and cost-effectiveness of the EJE series with the advantages of lithium-ion technology. This makes them ideal for conventional applications and use on HGVs.

Particularly convincing are the design of the battery and the considerably reduced size of the battery compartment. This enables a minimum front end (l2) of only 425 mm to be achieved. The overall weight of the truck, including the battery, reduces to just 315 kg (with a load capacity of 1200 kg or 1400 kg), making it much easier to use in the most confined spaces and in weight-sensitive areas – such as on an HGV tailgate. This is made possible through the use of the very latest lithium-ion technology.

The battery handling of the EJE 112i is simple and intuitive. It is particularly easy to exchange the 14 kg battery comparable in size and shape to a briefcase. The battery is easily removed laterally from the truck. It enables flexible usage even in multi-shift operation due to its rapid charge and boost charging features.

The EJE 114i is equipped with a battery permanently built into the truck. In conjunction with a built-in charger, the truck can be charged at any standard 230 V mains socket. The maintenance-free battery ensures maximum availability. The integrated battery management system monitors Interaction between the individual battery cells and ensures safe and reliable operation.

Both the EJE 112i and the EJE 114i are based on proven, long-life components in our EJE series 116-120.

The EJE Series 1 pallet trucks represent a particularly efficient means of loading and unloading HGVs as well as transporting pallets over short distances. Due to its short front end dimension (L2) of just 486 mm (short version), the EJE can be manoeuvred in very restricted spaces. A number of entry aids guarantee smooth handling of a wide variety of load carriers.

The 3-phase AC drive motor with optimised efficiency ensures high speed and powerful acceleration. This facilitates fast and efficient throughput of goods.

Batteries up to 375 Ah in combination with excellent energy management ensure long operating times. Operations beyond one shift enabled by the quick, lateral battery exchange (optional from EJE 116).

Safe operation facilitated by the low-mounted, long tiller. It maintains the necessary distance between the operator and the truck. This is particularly beneficial when cornering.

The optional foot protection tiller ensures safe operation in confined spaces. The crawl speed button also facilitates safe travel with the tiller in the upright position. At the touch of a button, the brake is released and activation of the travel switch automatically reduces the speed of travel significantly.

The optional silentDRIVE noise-reducing version allows for operation in noise-sensitive environments.

The EJE Series 2 pallet trucks are used when maximum throughput is required: For HGV loading and unloading using the ramp. The additional patented ramp lift which works independently from the normal lift, facilitates trouble-free loading and unloading of the first row of pallets in HGVs. This allows for level adjustment on ramps with gradients up to 15 %.

The EJE C20 combines an extremely short front-end length with integrated mast lift to offer a wide range of flexible application options. From light stacking to extensive order picking tasks, the EJE C20 is ideal for many applications. In addition to the support arm lift, the load can be raised to 752 mm with a mast integrated into the battery compartment. This makes it possible to move goods to a height that reduces back strain.

The very narrow front-end dimension of 584 mm makes the EJE C20 ideal for use in shops, in very tight storage areas or on an HGV. Light stacking operations, such as stacking half Euro pallets, can be easily undertaken with separate support arm lift and mast lift (optional). The support arm lift capacity is 2000 kg while the mast lift capacity is 700 kg.

The ERE 225a is an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) based on our standard series truck. It combines advanced engineering with precision navigation technology and safety components. This ensures the highest possible level of reliability and safety.

The ERE 225a can be used in mixed operations mode with manual trucks and pedestrians. Whether to be integrated into existing factory structures or a new build – the ERE 225a is the perfect choice for increasing the efficiency of your transport processes. The high capacity combined with the variable fork lengths enables the ERE 225a to be used for the transport of multiple pallets at floor level.

No floor work is required for the navigation of our AGV. Navigation is carried out by means of the Jungheinrich warehouseNAVIGATION. To navigate the warehouse, reflectors are attached to suitable objects along the travel route such as racking, columns and walls or natural landmarks.

The AGV can easily be integrated into the existing IT and software landscape. Our award-winning Jungheinrich Logistics Interface facilitates a smooth connection to any host system, such as the Jungheinrich WMS or other available WMS/ERP systems. However, the AGV system in the form of the ERE 225a can also be used as a stand-alone system, i.e. as an autonomous system without a host connection.

The modular system structure makes it possible to represent individual customer processes as well as reacting flexibly and quickly to process changes. This creates a solid basis for the use of the AGV system according to your specific requirements.

The ESE 120/220/320 pallet trucks are ideal for the horizontal transport of loads up to 2000 kg over medium to long distances. The operator position, sideways to the direction of travel ensures that all the trucks offer excellent visibility and relaxed working conditions. This is a great advantage, especially where frequent changes of direction are required.

The width of the ESE 120 stand-on truck is only 760 mm, which is significantly narrower than a Euro pallet. This allows for easy pallet positioning inside an HGV as well as rapid loading and unloading of HGVs.

When standing, the fold-up seat offers optimal side support, particularly with frequent changes of direction. For longer distances, the seat can be folded down to relieve strain on the legs. Frequent entry and exit is facilitated by the low entry height of only 245 mm.

As true sideways seated trucks, the ESE 220 with a truck width of 820 mm and the ESE 320 with a width of 930 mm offer the operator maximum comfort. They are therefore particularly suited to travelling over long distances. The adjustable foot-well height ensures an ergonomic working position for all operators.

All trucks have powerful 24-V 3-phase AC motors for strong acceleration and high top speeds of up to 12.5 km/h. The robust construction allows for load capacities of up to 2000 kg.

The ESE 420/430 electric sideways-seated pallet trucks are ideal for multi-pallet transport over long distances. Their 48-volt 3-phase AC motors ensure smooth starts, powerful acceleration and high maximum speeds. They thus provide the perfect basis for high throughput rates.

This high performance level is extremely easy to achieve and with high levels of safety: The travel speed, brakes and deadman switch are all controlled by easily reached pedals. The lift functions are operated using the soloPILOT control lever, which is readily to hand.

The optional height-adjustable footplate and the adjustable steering wheel ensure comfortable seating positions for all operators. The steering can be switched between 180° and 360°. The 360° steering mode facilitates manoeuvring by allowing “seamless changes of direction with only a few turns of the steering wheel”. The changeover between forward and reverse can also be performed simply by pressing a button.

The large display offers a quick overview of the steering setting, battery status and the available travel programs.

With battery capacities of up to 620 Ah and a robust design, the ESE 420/430 are the ideal trucks for intensive applications.

Our ESE 533 electric sideways seated pallet truck is ideal for multi-pallet transport over long distances. Their 48-volt 3-phase AC motors ensure smooth starts, powerful acceleration and high maximum speeds. They thus provide the perfect basis for high throughput rates.

This high performance level is extremely easy to achieve and with high levels of safety: The travel speed, brakes and dead man’s switch are all controlled by easily reached pedals. All other functions can be controlled from the convenient control unit.

The optional height-adjustable footplate and the adjustable steering wheel ensure a comfortable seating position for all operators. The 360° steering mode allows shunting by continuous changes of direction of travel with only a few turns of the steering wheel. The changeover between forward and reverse can also be performed simply by pressing a button.
