A gel battery used in conjunction with a built-in charger allows for flexible operation, without having to fill up the battery with water.

The ISO fork carriage also makes the EJC M10b E suitable for lifting closed pallets. The support arms can be adjusted to three widths (b2) 1042/1212/1412 mm with the aid of adapters.

The EJC M13 ZT draws its energy from the 160-Ah lead acid battery. A built-in charger allows easy charging of the battery at any standard socket.

The EMD 118 enables problem-free lifting of picked goods weighing up to 800 kg to a comfortable reach height, as well as light stacking operations up to 1520 mm. With its very short front-end length of just 628 mm, the EMD 118 is not just versatile and compact, but also ideal for use in shops, in very tight storage areas or on an HGV.

The EMD 115i impresses with its advanced lithium-ion technology in the form of a battery case weighing just 17 kg. In addition to rapid and boost charging, the truck’s principal advantage is its noticeably smaller battery compartment. In combination with the front end (l2) this helps to reduce the overall weight of the fork lift truck considerably. The fork lift truck can be used in the narrowest of spaces and in weight-sensitive areas and is ideally suited to conventional applications and use on HGVs. A second truck model with shorter mast (ergonomic lift) also provides the ideal conditions for comfortable order picking up to a height of 690 mm (with support arm lift: 812 mm) and goods transport with low intensity. The EJC 112z is a Series 1 stacker truck with additional support arm lift for increased ground clearance and improved versatility in use. It is used in situations where loads of up to 1.2 t need to be stacked and retrieved at heights of up to 4700 mm or where goods with a weight of up to 2.0 t are transported. With a narrow aisle width, the EJC is extremely light and safe to manoeuvre even in restricted areas.

With the auxiliary lift as a second lift mechanism, the supports arms can be raised independently of the forks. This allows the EJC 112z to cope effortlessly with uneven floors, ramps, thresholds and loading bridges. The support arm and mast lift operate independently of each other. This enables double-deck transport of 2 pallets at the same time (optional).

Loads can be precisely lifted and gently lowered with the standard proportional hydraulic system. Gentle stacking of large loads is made possible by the controlled lift motor and the handy buttons on the tiller arm.

The energy required by the EJC 112z is provided either by conventional batteries with max. 200 Ah capacity or alternatively by a lithium-ion battery with a 110 Ah capacity. An integrated and moisture/dust-resistant battery charger (optional) allows simple recharging of the battery at any 230 V socket. This is particularly advantageous for rapid and boosting charges of lithium-ion batteries.

2 pallets can also be transported simultaneously, doubling the speed of operation compared to single pallet transportation (optional). High residual capacities are ensured by the robust and rigid frame made of 8-mm thick steel, the stable 4-point suspension and the torsion-resistant mast.

The EJC B12/B14/B16/B20 pedestrian stacker is mainly designed for the flexible handling of special loads. With its laterally offset support arms and forged forks that can be lowered to the floor, the truck can lift loads by entering the load unit from below. This enables transverse Euro pallets or closed pallets to be picked up in a similar way to a counterbalanced forklift truck.

The electronically controlled, powerful lift motor ensures smooth and quiet lifting and lowering of the load. This enables lift heights of up to 5350 mm (EJC B14) to be reached. From smooth depositing, rapid lifting and lowering or precisely approaching the racking – the operator has everything under control at all times.

The support arms are available in different versions so they can be adjusted to different loads and pallet sizes. 4-point suspension and the widened solid steel support arms ensure excellent stability and high residual capacities.

The low-mounted, long tiller ensures that a large safety distance is maintained between the operator and truck. Simply pressing the crawl speed button is sufficient to manoeuvre the EJC B with the tiller in an upright position. The side mounting of the tiller always provides unobstructed visibility towards the load. Electric tiller steering (optional for EJC B14/B16/B20) provides low steering forces and consequently fatigue-free steering, especially when driving with the tiller in a vertical position.

An optional built-in charger allows the integrated battery to be easily and reliably charged at any mains socket. In addition, the EJC B12/B14/B16 can be equipped with a innovative lithium-ion battery up to 360 Ah. The rapid and boost charge features facilitate flexible usage even in multi-shift operation. Low maintenance and the longer service life reduce costs.

The EJD 220 is a multi-talented truck when it comes to the handling of loads. It combines the features of a pedestrian pallet truck and stacker in one truck: From loading and unloading HGVs to the transporting and stacking of pallets (max. 2560 mm lift height), it really is a convincingly flexible truck.

Its greatest advantage: As a double-deck stacker, it is able to lift 2 Euro pallets at the same time. All operations can therefore be performed twice as quickly in comparison with a conventional low lift/stacker truck. The EJD can carry 2000 kg when used as a low lift pallet truck, 1000 kg with the forks raised or 2 x 1000 kg in double-deck operation.

The patented ProTracLink support wheel system with hydraulic locking ensures the necessary stability and safe travel. The lifting support arms also contribute to safe travel, for instance on thresholds, ramps and uneven floors. They increase the floor clearance, thereby ensuring simple and safe crossing.

The ERC 215a is an Automated Guided Vehicle based on our standard series truck. It combines advanced engineering with precision navigation technology and safety components. This ensures a high level of reliability and safety.

The ERC 215a can be used in mixed operations mode with manual trucks and pedestrians. Whether to be integrated into existing factory structures or a new build – the ERC 215a is the perfect choice for increasing the efficiency of your transport processes. Navigation of our automated guided vehicle systems (AGV) is via laser navigation, so no floor work is required. To do this, reflectors are attached to suitable objects along the travel route such as racking, columns and walls or natural landmarks are used.

The AGV system can easily be integrated into the existing IT and software landscape. Our award-winning Jungheinrich Logistics Interface facilitates a smooth connection with host system, such as the Jungheinrich WMS or other available WMS/ERP systems.

However, the AGV system in the form of the ERC 215a can also be used as a stand-alone system, i.e. as an autonomous system without a host connection.

The ESD 120/220 electric stand-on and sideways seated stackers are very versatile and powerful trucks. They are as well suited to double-deck HGV loading as they are to the cost-effective transport of loads across long distances.

The width of the ESD 120 stand-on truck is just 760 mm and thus significantly narrower than a Euro pallet. This allows for easy pallet positioning inside an HGV as well as rapid loading and unloading of HGVs.

When standing, the fold-up seat offers optimal side support, particularly with frequent changes of direction. For longer distances, the seat can be folded down to relieve strain on the legs. Frequent entry and exit is facilitated by the low entry height of only 245 mm.

The ESD 220 with a truck width of 820 mm offers the operator maximum comfort as a true sideways seated truck. It is therefore particularly suited to travelling over long distances. The adjustable foot-well height ensures an ergonomic working position for all operators.

All trucks have powerful 24-V-AC 3-phase AC drive motors for strong acceleration and high top speeds of up to 12 km/h. The robust construction allows for load capacities of up to 2000 kg.
